We regret that from the 1st of Sept, it has become necessary to introduce a delivery charge of £3.50 per delivery with a minimum order of £50. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cheques

We offer fast islandwide delivery as follows:

We will deliver to you as quickly as possible; however, if your order is really urgent, please call us on 677746 after you’ve ordered, as we will be only too happy to help. Please be aware that products may have to be ordered in and can take up to a week; we will inform you if this is the case.

Products available to order

We stock a large range of foods and litters, and these are available for immediate delivery. We want you to have the freshest products available; therefore, some of our more specialist products are available to order. There are also a large number of products that are not listed on the website but are available at the Country Warehouse in Ballalough, Richmond Hill, Isle of Man. IM4 2HJ. Please call 01624 677746

When you place an order, we will advise you within 24 hours if the product needs to be ordered. We will then place a request with our suppliers, ensuring delivery as soon as possible, typically within a span of 3 to 5 days. We will then endeavour to stock this product ready for your next order.
